Health2home’s dialysis at home uses a high technology portable hemodialysis machine designed for home use. We treat dialysis patients with Nursing Assisted Home Hemodialysis (NAHHD). All our nurses are competent in performing dialysis safely and effectively.
The machine is designed to perform the functions of a conventional dialysis machine, including monitoring vital signs, controlling fluid removal, and managing dialysate composition. In addition to the machine, patients receive the necessary supplies for each dialysis session, such as dialyzers, blood tubing sets, dialysate solutions, needles, and other disposables.
